What ABOS does
We launched ABOS in January 2026 alongside our new brand, at an event for more than 65 business owners and leaders from across the south coast. It supports businesses at every stage, from early development through to scale and exit.

Stage 1: mastery
Each foundation builds on the last. Get them right and growth becomes far easier. Skip them and growth becomes expensive and exhausting.
Look after the customers you already have before chasing new ones. Can you deliver on time at least 80% of the time, on budget and on scope, with no late-night panic? Keeping a customer is seven times cheaper than winning a new one.
Know what you're building before you build it. Take two full days to decide where the business is going, what it'll turn over and who it'll serve. That's your blueprint.
If you don't know last month's net profit, you don't really know your business. Report revenue, gross margin, net profit and average sale every month to see if you're on track.
Block out two to four hours a week to work on the business. If you're not building your business, someone else is, and it rarely looks the way you wanted.
Score yourself out of 10 on each foundation. Pick the lowest two and focus there for the next 90 days. Once those are solid, you're ready to grow.
