The content on this site is for general information only. We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but it isn't a substitute for advice about your own business. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Coaching programmes
Each coaching programme is covered by its own client agreement, which sets out the fee, session frequency, notice period and payment terms. Prices on this site start from the amounts shown and exclude VAT. [Confirm minimum terms and notice periods.]
Our Find our Fee guarantee
We're confident in our coaching. If you're on a weekly coaching programme and you don't see a return on your coaching investment within 17 weeks, we'll [refund / coach you for free until you do]. [Exact terms to confirm.]
To qualify you'll need to:

Event bookings
- Free events: please let us know if you can't come, so we can offer your place to someone else.
- Paid events: prices exclude VAT. [Confirm cancellation and transfer terms, for example full refund up to 14 days before.]
- We may need to change a venue, date or speaker. If we cancel an event we'll offer a full refund or a place at a future date.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and materials on this site and at our events belong to us or ActionCOACH Global and are protected by copyright. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
